You have helped the JDCS put to sea

Today saw the Jubilee Sailing Trust ship the Tenacious in town to take a party of lucky individuals to sea for the day. Amongst the crew were Malcolm and Jamie Perree, two members of the Jersey Society for Deaf Children and Young Adults who were funded by donations from Le Tournoi. We are proud to be able to help in these small ways and this is all down to your continued support.

Umbro Join Forces as Partners

Alliance Formed With Another Great Organisation

We are delighted to announce an alliance with yet another of Jersey's most deserving organisations. The Prince's Trust is one of the UK's top youth organisations, helping thousands of youngsters aged between 14 and 30 to overcome barriers and get their lives working.

We will be working with the Trust's project managers to help organise the growing task list for our soccer and sailing challenges, enabling them to work alongside our other project teams. This will give them invaluable experience in organising events, as well as bringing them into contact with many of the island's top businesses.

In addition, we are actively planning the inclusion of a Prince's Trust yacht in the Sailing Challenge in September. Not only will this give disadvantaged youngsters the chance to experience sailing at first hand but will also give the Trust unprecedented opportunity to showcase their work and successes all around the course.

Dominion Corporate Services to joint fund the purchase of new goalposts

We are delighted to announce that in a new agreement, Dominion Corporate Services Limited have agreed to jointly fund the purchase of ten new sets of small-sided goals. Announcing the deal, Managing Director Sue Fossey said "This is a great way for us to support the work of Le Tournoi and the local community as a whole as the posts will be used during the Summer Challenge and then loaned into the community for the rest of the year".

Through a matched funding deal with the English FA, facilitated by Brian Oliver, The Football Development Officer at the Jersey FA, the new posts will be managed by Education Sport & Culture which will ensure they are housed where they are needed the most. Due to the continued expansion of the Soccer Challenge, the extra sets of posts are needed to facilitate up to twenty pitches - double the number required in previous years.
