After your banner has been approved, you will receive an email requesting payment. Payment is required by cheque payable to ‘Le Tournoi’. Please send all payments to:

When we receive your payment we will send you an email invoice for your records.
Payment must be received before your ad will be included in the website's banner ad rotation.
Traffic Levels

Payment, Billing and Pricing
Place a structure here for front pages etc.
We charge a flat rate of £40 per month for your banner to appear in rotation on all pages of the letournoi.org site. This will make advertising that much easier for you and for us. All ad banners will appear equally in rotation.
Your payment for the month must be received during the month of banner viewing. If your banner is added on the 1st your payment must be received by the 30th or your banner may be removed from rotation.
Adverts can be changed twice in any 30 day period.
If at any point you would like your banner removed you MUST send us an email that you no longer wish to have your banner appear on the letournoi.org web site.
Advertising Specifications
To maintain a consistent site design and encourage fast page loads, we require the following for banners:
* Banners must be .gif or .jpg files that conform with the banner specifications below.
* File sizes must be kept to a minimum.
* Animated gifs are acceptable.

Rate Adjustments
Letournoi.org reserves the right to make necessary rate adjustments in its advertising schedule.
* All rate changes will apply to the month following the rate adjustments.
* All rate changes will not apply to pre-paid ads.
Restrictions
Letournoi.org reserves the right to refuse any Banner Ad request, or to cancel the Banner Ad that does not fulfil the obligations set in the contract.
Acceptance of Advertising Policy
Advertising is accepted and published entirely on the consideration that the advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and save Le Tournoi harmless from and against any claims or suits based upon any aspect of subject matter of the advertisement. Letournoi reserves the right to reject advertisements considered unacceptable as to wording, appearance, or for any other reason.
